Under ATF Federal Law, my Signal Cannons are 100% LEGAL as long as you do not
use regular shotgun shells as ammunition.  Once you try to use regular
shotgun shells, these cannons can be termed a firearm and
a destructive device which is prohibited under federal law.

If payments of services rendered have not be received within 30 days of notification
that your cannon is done, you forfeit all rights to your down payment and it
will not be returned.
